Presentation Upload Instructions

You are required to upload your presentation in three formats and in different areas:

  1. The presentation that will be shared, due Friday, February 6.
    • This file will be shared with conference attendees who want to access your presentation and materials after the conference. You can upload this presentation here.
    • PDF format is recommended.
    • On the next page - CLICK on Complete to take you to your submission(s) 
    • In Submissions, you should see your abstract with an option to "Edit"
    • CLICK on "Edit", this will take you to the Speaker Information page 
    • from here, CLICK on "Presentation Item and Confirmations."    
    • Here you can "Choose your file(s) to upload" 
  2. The recording of your presentation to share with attendees is due Friday, February 6.
    • This file will be shared with conference attendees who want to access your presentation and materials after the conference. You can upload your recording here.
    • MP4 format is recommended.
    • On the next page - CLICK on Complete to take you to your submission(s) 
    • In Submissions, you should see your abstract with an option to "Edit"
    • CLICK on "Edit", this will take you to the Speaker Information page 
    • from here, CLICK on "Presentation Item and Confirmations."    
    • Here you can "Choose your file(s) to upload" 
  3. The PowerPoint presentation you will present when on-site at the conference.
    • Upload your presentation here by Monday, February 23.
    • Once you have uploaded your presentation, NO CHANGES will be permitted.
    • Upload your presentation to the correct folder – based on your day > room number > track/session time eg,. March 10 - TUES > Steer A > Ergonomics Programs 1 (8-930am)
    • Please name your presentation file as: lastname_aec_day_sessionblockstarttime – eg, Hogan_AEC_Tues_8AM
    • PPT is the recommended format.
    • A second option is to upload a copy of your presentation to the conference laptops during speaker registration on Monday, March 9.
    • Have your presentation on a flash drive/USB drive.
    • Please name your presentation file as: lastname_aec_day_sessionblockstarttime – eg, Hogan_AEC_Tues_8AM
