Important Dates

Please add the following dates to your calendar to help you plan for the conference. These tasks must be completed by the dates specified. Please contact Anna Johnston if you have any questions or need additional time. NOTE: Several items will be due by February 6, 2026.

Register for the Applied Ergonomics Conference Jan. 15, 2026 Click here to register. Use the Event Code: AEC26Speak to receive a discount off the published conference rates. The early bird registration deadline for speakers is January 15, 2026. 

**If registration is not received by January 15, 2026, your presentation at the conference may be canceled.**
Upload your presentation to the abstract submission portal to share with attendees. PDF format is preferred Feb. 23, 2026 To upload your presentation/paper, please see Upload Instructions.
Upload the PowerPoint presentation you will use in your presentation. Feb. 23, 2026 To upload your presentation/paper, please see Upload Instructions.
Review and/or Upload the following for accuracy and grammatical errors:
  • Biography
  • Abstract
  • Update your mobile phone number

All included information will be published for attendees to view. Go to the Abstract Submission Portal to make changes.

Submit a pre-recorded video version of your presentation in MP4 format for inclusion in the conference digital companion for attendees. Feb. 23, 2026

Pre-recording your presentation will allow more attendees to view it AND serve as a backup (as we expect the unexpected). Please see Upload Instructions.

Please contact Anna Johnston if your company prohibits the submission of a recording.
Register at the conference hotel. Feb. 18, 2026 Reservations for the Loews Arlington hotel can be made by visiting the conference hotel/travel page.
Meet your Session Coordinator and Moderators Day of your session

You will receive an email providing you with your Session Coordinator and Moderator Names.

Arrive 15 minutes BEFORE your Session BLOCK to meet your Moderator and ensure the correct presentation is uploaded, and all visuals/videos are operational.
