Ask & Deliver: Simple Steps to improve Likelihood to Recommend

This presentation showcases a detailed patient rounding process used to address general and specific patient concerns during their course of care with the end aim to improve overall Facility Likelihood to Reccomend.  Attendees will learn how EUHM designed and implemented the rounding tool and runs the daily huddle to facilitate cross departmental resolution of patient concerns and drive accountability in addition to the dashboard developed to review trends.
