| December 20, 2025 | Reviewers provide feedback to presenters |
| January 9, 2026 | Oral Presentations, Posters, & Intensives: Final presentations due. Must be uploaded to the Speaker Center |
| February 11-13, 2026 | Attend and Present at the HSPI 2026 Conference in Atlanta, Georgia |
