He authored Wiring the Winning Organization and The High Velocity Edge and several influential publications such as HBR articles “Decoding the DNA of the Toyota Production System” part of the lean manufacturing canon, and “Fixing Healthcare from the Inside, Today”. 

Steve has a doctorate from Harvard, masters degrees in mechanical engineering and management from MIT, bachelor’s degree in economics from Princeton.
