Recipes for Success: Ways to Get the Work Done
Description:
Every organization has different ways to get the work done in order to achieve success. Those organizations that utilize their own Process Improvers, benefit from having internal consultants that are part of the organization, that live and breathe the culture, that know the players and that are trusted by those that do the work. This "home field" advantage is indeed advantageous for all involved, especially the organization as it will no doubt save hundreds of thousands of dollars by deploying their internal PI team. However, how the work gets done can be critical to organizational success and attaining sustainable results. This presentation will detail seven ways that PI work can be done: Process Mapping, Internal Consulting, 5S, Kaizen Events, Traditional Projects, Mentor/Train and an Embedded Approach.
Learning Objectives:After attending this presentation, the attendees will recognize that there is no single way but rather various ways to bring about improvement within an organization.
After attending this presentation, the attendees will be able to understand and relate to the various methods Internal Improvers can use towards bringing about meaningful and measurable improvements.
