Description:
How would you design the ideal clinical space for patients, staff, and their healthcare organization? What approach and methods would you use to accomplish a monumental project like this? This presentation will demonstrate how the Executive Health practice at Mayo Clinic in Rochester designed its future clinical floor to truly be a category-of-one space for healthcare and hospitality, both now and into the future. It will cover the approach, methods, design elements, and lessons learned for this project, many of which are applicable to other healthcare organizations who are planning to create or remodel their own clinical spaces.
