David Catallo | Honda of Canada Mfg.David Catallo, MBA, CNHC is an individual who continuously strives for improvement, opportunities for learning and advancement in all aspects of his life. He is a captivating leader who is capable and willing to put in the effort required to align teams of individuals to work together and succeed. He is the Corporate Safety Ergonomics Leader within Honda of Canada Mfg. and a happy father of 4.
In 2004, David earned a BSc, Honours Kinesiology Co-op Degree with a minor in Management Studies from the University of Waterloo, providing him with knowledge of the business fundamentals including organizational psychology & design. In 2020, he earned an MBA Degree within in the Global Leadership stream through the University of Fredericton. David has been a speaker at The Partners in Prevention Health & Safety Conference, the National Safety Council congress, and is a returning speaker at the Applied Ergonomics conference.
Mitch Harrow | Honda of Canada Mfg.
Mitch Harrow (MES CLP) is an environmental anthropologist, who works with people, where they live, work and play to foster a supportive environment that builds trust through upholding the company’s cultural values. He excels at creating inclusive spaces for experiential learning, enabling the sharing of stories that enhance daily lives.
He received his undergraduate degree in applied anthropology in 2013 and master’s in environmental studies (MES) in 2015. He was working as a community engagement specialist for 5 years in Toronto area where he helped communities cope with the challenges in climate related flooding. He joined the Honda team in 2020 where he now leads onboarding, and the ambassador program, for new associates, where he instills the Honda Core Values.
