This presentation is focused on a case study that answers the questions 1. How can we build a sustainable, scalable, ergonomic improvement programs? 2. Where does total employee health intersect with ergonomics? By leveraging critical metrics and data driven solutions we will show how deploying subject matter experts that provided ergonomic assessments and improvements, MSD education, and OSHA first aid interventions resulting in the following: reduction in injury rates, loss time, and workers' compensation costs. Improvements came in the form of work place culture, employee engagement, and productivity.

Morgan Charlow | WorkCare, IncMorgan Charlow is a Program Supervisor at WorkCare, Inc., a U.S.-based occupational health, wellness and absence management company. At WorkCare, Morgan focuses her attention on deploying a professional team of specialists who deliver industry-leading ergonomics and musculoskeletal injury prevention solutions to client employees. Morgan worked in sports medicine from 2016-2021 before transitioning to injury prevention services in industrial settings. Morgan is a board-certified athletic trainer and is also a certified ergonomic assessment specialist.
Bryan Reich | WorkCare, inc
Bryan Reich is Vice President, Programs and Operations for Prevention Services at WorkCare, Inc., a U.S.-based occupational health, wellness and absence management company. At WorkCare, Bryan focuses his attention on deploying a professional team of specialists who deliver industry-leading ergonomics and musculoskeletal injury prevention solutions to client employees. Bryan worked in sports medicine from 2001-2014 before transitioning to injury prevention services in industrial settings. Before joining WorkCare in 2019, he was Senior Safety Program Manager and Lead over the Industrial Athlete Program and Industrial Ergonomics programs at the Pacific Gas and Electric Company for five years. Bryan is a board-certified athletic trainer with a master’s certificate in ergonomics from the University of California, Berkeley COEH program. He earned his master’s degree in education with an emphasis on kinesiology at the University of Texas at Tyler and his bachelor’s degree in kinesiology with an emphasis on athletic training at Fresno State University, California. Bryan is also a certified ergonomic assessment specialist. He has been published as an expert in injury management and he speaks nationally at professional and industry conferences on injury prevention, ergonomics and technology solutions.
