LaQuandra Bass | Wells FargoLaQuandra Bass is a Lead. Safety and Health Consultant at Wells Fargo. She has managed Wells Fargo’s enterprise ergonomics program for their 238,000 employees since 2011. Along with the daily tasks involved with the ergonomics program, she handles safety and health concerns such as OSHA complaints, workplace safety concerns, and Indoor Air Quality issues.
Ms. Bass graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Hampton University in Hampton, VA. She also has a Master of Business Administration from Strayer University in Chesapeake, VA. She is an Accredited Office Ergonomics Evaluator through The Ergonomics Center at North Carolina State University. She is also a Distinguished Toastmaster.
She was named the ASSP Tarheel Chapter Safety Professional of Year in 2023.
Jennifer Hike | Wells Fargo
Jennifer Hike is a Senior Safety & Health Consultant at Wells Fargo. Jen has worked in the financial services industry for over 13 years and manages the company’s various health and safety programs. Jen’s path into the safety and health profession was unexpected. She started out at as an administrative assistant in the Risk Management department, later she moved into a Risk Management Consultant role where she found her passion for safety and health. Jen specializes in program management and oversees the company’s universal safety committee program, Workplace Safety Advocates, which is a volunteer group of over 230 employees trained in hazard identification. Her strong technical and analytical skills have improved the company’s efficiency to mitigate risk.
