The Lockheed Martin Participative (LM) Ergonomics program involves the assembly of multifunctional teams to actively involve workers in developing and implementing workplace changes to improve overall employee wellbeing and enhance operational processes. In 2023, LM completed a Participative Ergonomics Train-the-Trainer pilot. The goal of the train-the trainer pilot was to establish internal expertise to implement sustainable PE processes and prepare the trainers to assemble and sustain PE teams at identified Lockheed Martin sites. This session will describe the activities conducted to establish PE teams in addition to the Train-the-Trainer program pilot design and implementation strategies.

She holds the credentials of Certified Safety Professional (CSP) and Safety Management Specialist (SMS), demonstrating her proficiency and commitment to the ESHS profession. As part of the Environment, Safety, Health & Sustainability (ESHS) organization, Charlene leads and supports various initiatives and programs to enhance the ESHS performance and culture across the enterprise. She is a member of the Recognized Technical Talent community.
